Megan Sloan, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Megan Sloan is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her BSN from UW-Milwaukee and her MSN from Concordia University. After practicing as a certified family nurse practitioner for 11 years, she found many of her patients who had psychiatric disorders were having to wait 6 months to a year to obtain care from a mental health provider. This need prompted her to return to academia to expand her mental health knowledge, and she now holds dual certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Megan is a dedicated provider who will take the time to listen and assist you in deciding on a plan involving psychiatric medication and psychotherapy. As a nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatry and primary care, she fully understands that physical and mental health are equally important and are interconnected. Megan specializes in medication management for psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD, ADHD and many more. She sees children, age 5 and above and adults. She offers services online, through a secure video platform to maximize convenience and confidentiality, avoiding the hassle of office visits that may create a barrier for treatment.
