Rachel Schilling, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 30 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and older adults across healthcare and individual therapy settings. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology, alongside her Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW), from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Drawing from an extensive background in healthcare, Rachel specializes in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, parenting stress, and chronic illness. She has a deep clinical passion for supporting individuals experiencing grief, loss, or perinatal and postpartum mental health challenges. Rachel’s approach is warm, inclusive, and collaborative, intentionally creating a nonjudgmental space where clients are encouraged to show up exactly as they are. By blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with mindfulness and self-compassion, she works with her clients to build everyday resilience and thrive as their most authentic selves.
Outside of the office, Rachel stays grounded by spending time with her large family and exploring the Wisconsin outdoors across every season—whether hiking, boating, skiing, fishing, or kayaking.
