Samantha Korn, LPC-IT, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
Samantha is passionate about helping clients navigate and build skills to cope with challenges so client’s can live a healthy, authentic and meaningful life. She provides a safe, non-judgmental space where each client can be their true selves and work towards healthy and meaningful change. Her approach is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also drawing from other therapy modalities such as trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy and others as needed to best help each client meet their goals. Samantha works with children (3+), adults, couples and families, with special interest in helping clients with persistent mental health concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and C-PTSD as well as personality/mood disorders such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder and Schizophrenia. Samantha has extensive experience addressing these mental health concerns as well as trauma and is passionate about helping clients focus on lasting coping skills, building resiliency and personal growth throughout the therapy process.
