Vee Tillotson, LPC-IT is a Licensed Professional Counselor in-training. Vee received their bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, majoring in psychology and minoring in neuroscience. Vee graduated from the Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Mount Mary University where they also received a certificate of completion in trauma therapy.
Vee works with a holistic, client-centered lens and believes that anyone is capable of becoming who they want to be when they are given support and encouragement. Vee is passionate about working with individuals who have experience with or loved ones who have experienced self-injury or suicide. Vee is also passionate about providing queer-affirming counseling for individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, especially folx who are gender diverse. Vee primarily utilizes a combination of person-centered therapy, multicultural therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
When not in the therapeutic space, Vee loves to paint, play video games, cook, and spend time with their cat, Stevie.
