Tonya Callahan MS CRC LPC is a certified rehabilitation counselor and a licensed professional counselor. Her educational background includes a bachelors and a master’s degree in vocational rehabilitation with concentrations in Counseling and Evaluation from UW-Stout.
Tonya has worked within various environments from rural to urban counseling including work in multiple surrounding states within community settings. She has worked with diverse populations of individuals with varied mental health diagnoses including substance use disorder. Working from a person-centered trauma informed approach, Tonya’s calm non-judgmental and empathetic ear supports individuals to feel heard in a comfortable environment. She believes every person has the potential for personal growth and change. Her passion is to help others feel valued, supported and accepted and then to build on those strengths with a variety of therapeutic tools to overcome challenges with goals.
