Jeffrey Molter, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist with more than 35 years of experience as a school psychologist and over 30 years as a clinical psychologist in Wisconsin and Florida. Throughout his career, he has worked with individuals across the lifespan and developed a particular expertise in targeted diagnostic assessments that lead to meaningful, actionable recommendations. This will be his primary focus at Behavioral Health Clinic. Every evaluation he conducts is tailored to the individual—never a generic, one-size-fits-all report—so that your specific concerns are clearly understood and addressed.
Jeffrey earned his Bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Over the course of his career, he has held a wide range of roles that have shaped his approach to assessment. Much of his professional life was spent in the Milwaukee Public Schools, where he served in multiple positions, including Manager of Psychological Services and Allied Health. He later became an Assistant Professor and Program Director of the School Psychology program at Alverno College. After retiring from those roles, he now focuses primarily on psychological assessment in private practice, where he continues to apply his experience to support children, adults, and families with clarity, accuracy, and care.
