Ellie Debbink, LPC-IT is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space for clients to reflect, grow, and heal. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Studio Art from Lakeland University, and a dual Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Mount Mary University. Ellie offers both in-person sessions at the Sheboygan office and online, providing flexible and accessible care to her clients.

Ellie uses an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices to meet each client where they are. She often integrates Adlerian, Constructivist, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques while maintaining a client-centered, non-judgmental, and compassionate framework. Ellie believes that each client is the expert of their own life, and her role is to walk alongside them—offering support, insight, and tools to navigate challenges and connect with their own strengths.

Ellie is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. With warmth, creativity, and authenticity, she helps clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their journey toward emotional resilience and self-understanding.
