Brianna “Bri” Rosenow, MS, PsyD, is a Doctor of Psychology and current post-doctoral fellow. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and completed both her master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology.

Bri most recently served as a post-doctoral fellow at Utah State Hospital, where she provided individual and group psychotherapy, as well as psychological assessments, for clients ranging in age from 6 to 65+. She brings specialized experience in working with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, including psychosis, and those with co-occurring substance use disorders. Her diverse clinical background informs a unique and thoughtful approach to care, enriching the Behavioral Health Clinic team.

She conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations to support accurate diagnosis and inform consistent, tailored treatment recommendations. She largely utilizes evidenced-based therapeutic approaches designed to be collaborative and client-centered. Bri employs a humanistic approach and has extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). With excellent compassion and encouragement, Bri is known for her warm presence and ability to build strong therapeutic relationships to encourage and support progress for all. Furthermore, she demonstrates a strong sensitivity to mental health stigma and is passionate about efforts to reduce it and promote greater public awareness.
