Faith strongly believes in creating a warm and supportive space where you feel seen and respected. She takes a holistic approach to therapy, which means she looks at the whole picture of who you are—understanding that your emotional well-being is closely connected to your physical health, your environment, and what matters most to you. Her way of working and experience draws from several helpful, research-backed therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for managing big emotions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for building a meaningful life, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for understanding the connection between thoughts and feelings, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for breaking free from anxiety and fears. Above all, she focuses on your strengths and inner resilience, believing that you are the expert in your own life. She also weaves in insights from neuroscience and body-focused approaches, because healing isn’t just about thoughts—it’s about feeling more at home in your mind and body.
Faith specializes in supporting people through a range of challenges, including eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, and navigating life’s transitions. She has extensive experience leading DBT skills groups and providing individual therapy using DBT, CBT, ACT, and ERP to help clients manage anxiety, panic attacks, eating disorder recovery, and overwhelming patterns in a way that feels doable and compassionate.
