Clinical therapist will provide outpatient individual and group therapy to patients of BHC (Behavioral Health Clinic). Clinical therapy services include treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. BHC therapist are non-judgmental, social justice minded, and must be ready to be a part of a dynamic, fun, and collaborative team.

We offer services across the state of Wisconsin through two clinics in Wausau and Plover/Stevens Point, as well as telehealth.
Behavioral Health Clinic is a well-established counseling firm with clinics located in Wausau and Stevens Point, Wisconsin. We are looking for a Telehealth Psychotherapist and will pay $60-$70 hr. PT/FT.
Since 2010, we have been providing both in-person and online (telehealth) services. We are seeking full and part-time therapists as we expand our online presence.
Providers will need a private, confidential home office, internet service and a laptop / desktop computer. All business programs we use are web-based (teletherapy, scheduling, billing, phone, fax, etc.). Providers are welcome to utilize our in-office staff assistance and materials, etc. Providers will be encouraged to engage in collegial monthly meetings with our local and remote staff. Complete support in the at-home office environment will be provided with an on-site meeting at your home office (if requested). Our streamlined processes and responsive staff assistance are top-notch!
The position requires an initial commitment of at least 15+ hours a week. The will provider will make their own hours/schedule.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a fully licensed mental health clinician with experience in any of the following areas: individual, couples, and/or family therapy. Individuals with the following licenses should consider applying: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Psychologist (PhD) Psychologist (PsyD) Clinical Social Worker (MSW or LCSW) Training Licenses may be considered for a similar position (with different compensation and partial on-site requirements).
Behavioral Health Clinic is hiring a Psychotherapist – In Training (start date flexible).
This is a full-time hourly position with starting range of $35,000 to $45,000 based upon education, experience, and full-time status (open to other arrangements by negotiation). Current Wisconsin In Training license in Professional Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy is required. Exceptional candidates seeking a pre-internship practicum and/or an internship experience who otherwise meet the requirements shall be considered.
This position is designed for current master’s program graduates looking for a placement to complete licensure supervision requirements. Candidates must obtain the LPC-IT licensure in Wisconsin by the start date of the position. This position is ideal for professionals who plan to pursue a career in private or small group practice. We are also dedicated to training interns in business practices that will help them establish a strong practice after psychologist licensure, including marketing, establishing and maintaining collaborative referral relationships, and working with private insurance.
The Psychologist is responsible for therapy services, as well as, psychological and neurological assessments, for children and adults, ages 4 to adulthood. The Psychologist will also offer recommendations for service provisions, provide treatment to children and families, or both as appropriate. May also supervise psychology interns and externs.
- A doctoral degree in Psychology is required.
- Must be licensed in the state of Wisconsin.
- Must have at least one year of experience in the field of Psychology.
- Experienced in child and adolescent therapy preferred.
