Valerie Rank, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She completed her undergraduate education at UW-Parkside and her Master’s program at UW-Milwaukee. Valerie has worked in the psychiatric field since 2012, serving clients across the highest levels of care—inpatient, IOP, and PHP—to outpatient therapy services. Through her experiences, she has developed a passion for individual, family and couples therapy.
Valerie will create a trusting space where you can share your unique story. While opening up can bring feelings of vulnerability, she will listen, guide, and empower you on your journey toward growth, connection and healing. Her approach involves working with all aspects of who you are with openness, compassion, and without judgment.
Valerie’s expertise includes supporting individuals navigating trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, prenatal/postpartum transitions, stress management, communication issues, mood swings, LGBTQ matters, and family dynamics. Together, we will work toward the life you envision, ensuring that your current challenges do not define your future.
Taking the first step and searching for a therapist is often the most challenging part. When you feel ready, lets connect so we can discuss a plan for moving forward.
