Tiffany Andrews, B.S.

Graduate Student Intern Under Supervision

Tiffany Andrews, B.S., is a graduate student intern pursuing her Master of Social Work at The Ohio State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Brigham Young University and brings over seven years of experience as an educator, curriculum designer, and advocate. Tiffany also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Marathon County, working directly with children in the foster care system — a role that reflects her enduring commitment to the wellbeing of children, families, and communities.

Tiffany takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy, believing that each client is the expert on their own life. She draws on solution-focused principles to help clients identify what is already working and build toward concrete, meaningful goals. Using relational and narrative approaches, she creates space for clients to explore how their past experiences and the stories they carry about themselves shape who they are today — and who they want to become. She also incorporates motivational techniques that meet clients where they are, supporting them in clarifying their values and moving toward change at their own pace. Tiffany comes to each session with genuine curiosity about the whole person, honoring the unique blend of identities, experiences, and life circumstances that each individual brings. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and compassionate space where every individual feels truly acknowledged, valued, and heard.

Her work is rooted in the core social work values of human dignity, the power of relationships, and every client’s right to define their own path. Tiffany is especially passionate about working with children, families, parents, and women navigating ADHD. She is committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental space where every client feels truly seen and valued — and she looks forward to walking alongside each person on their journey toward healing and growth.
