Jessica Glab, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the social work field since 2014. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Social Work with certification in Trauma Informed Care from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Jessica holds additional certification and extensive training in Nutritional Consulting and Youth-Oriented Substance Abuse Counseling.
With a lifelong passion for optimal health and wellness, Jessica is dedicated to helping clients create a climate where positive change can occur. She believes in a holistic approach to healing with emphasis on compassion and the integration of body-mind-spirit-emotional healing. Through this approach Jessica has gained additional experience integrating mindfulness, meditation, somatic movement, integrative nutrition, and energy healing practices into her work with clients.
Jessica works with children (6+), adolescents, adults, and families providing individual and family therapy services as well as social based therapy services. Jessica has experience in treating various mental health and life challenges related to anxiety, depression, complex trauma, ADHD, addiction, grief/loss, domestic violence, difficult transitions, and parenting practices.
