Current Position/Duties: As a Billing/Claims Specialist, I am responsible for managing various aspects of the billing and claims process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. My role includes processing insurance payments, reconciling deposits, and monitoring billing communications. I track and follow up on claims, oversee payment discrepancies, and assist with audits as needed. Additionally, I help manage reports related to billing issues, review and submit claims, and ensure accurate coding for billing purposes. Through these responsibilities, I contribute to maintaining smooth financial operations and compliance within the organization.
If you were to receive a million dollars, how would you spend it?
I would love to travel, save some for my grandchildren, and donate a portion to charity.
How do you relieve stress?
I enjoy reading a good book, taking road trips, traveling, and spending time with close family and friends.
