Sarah Van De Mark, MS LPC-IT, is a in training therapist who received her Bachelor’s in Science degree from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2017. She received her Master’s in Science in Counselor Education from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2023. Sarah focuses on working with the LGBTQ+ community and those who are Neurodivergent. She has experience working with a multitude of populations and focuses on adult mental health.

Sarah uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to assist her clients with finding coping skills that are effective. Clients will also experience Constructive Therapy and Geek Therapy practices to story-tell and find meaning in their experiences. Sarah is open-minded and flexible to help meet client needs.
