Karen Prochaska, MAC, LPC-SAS, is a licensed professional counselor with a substance abuse specialty. She earned her master’s degree in counseling from Lakeland College. She has certifications in trauma, mindfulness, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
Karen utilizes an integrative approach that is goal-oriented and client-centered, as each client has their own story. Through the therapeutic relationship, individuals explore their strengths, what has worked for them in the past, and options that can assist them to facilitate change.
