Christopher enjoys providing therapy for children and adolescents ranging from (1st grade-12th grade) on a variety of issues ranging from anxiety, bullying, depression, and trauma. He also has experience working with adults on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationships, some personality disorders, and has worked with couples.
Christopher is passionate about helping his clients tap into their own strengths, helping them build positive coping skills, while working through their own personal challenges, and continuing to cultivate the positive relationships within their lives. Christopher does not believe in the one-therapy-fits-all approach and he likes his clients to take an active role in their therapy process and believes strongly in the tenets of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
